I wanted to go by the Pinnacle personally to say this to Nicole, Mary Margaret and every employee there that I could find, and I still plan to. But this seems the perfect place to tell them thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Because of y’all’s love and care in a time when we needed you most… because you were all there for not only my mom, but the rest of the Jones family…because of y’all she has improved enough to be able to come back out to “the ridge” to live amongst her family, where she wants to be. We are all so excited about it, but please let no one misunderstand. My mom DID NOT go back “home” and leave the Pinnacle because of any negative circumstance. On the absolute contrary. The Pinnacle loved her back home and helped her have the truest desires of her heart. We love the Pinnacle staff, employees and residents so much. I feel we owe you. Much love to all of you. Truly the best in every way that matters. 😘
