A lifelong Oxford native, Nicole is passionate about serving her community and enhancing the lives of Seniors through compassionate leadership and operational excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys life on her family’s farm with her husband and three boys, where she loves cooking and spending quality time together. Her deep roots in Lafayette County and Oxford and commitment to family and community shine through all she does.

Mary Margaret serves as the Assistant Executive Director and Social Media Manager at The Pinnacle of Oxford. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mary Margaret began her journey at The Pinnacle during her undergraduate internship. Her passion for serving others and creating engaging experiences led her from Activity Director to her current leadership role. With over four years of dedicated service, she plays a vital role in both day-to-day operations and shaping the community’s online presence.
